II.A. Kelly Tetrick, Director of Special Services will introduce the District Health Services LSN team comprised of Kris Lefferts (Secondary), Kayla Rogers (Lincoln Center), and Melissa Ho (Kaposia Education Center).  The LSN's will be providing a health office and conditions overview along with the results of the 2016 Dakota County School Nursing Services Survey.  In addition, the team will be sharing their 2016 and 2017 Professional Learning Communities (PLC) work in the district and how that correlates to overall student success and achievement.  (K.
