8.1. Truth and Taxation Hearing

Description:
Sue Clemen will lead the Board in the annual Truth and Taxation Hearing.

8.2. Final Levy Certification
Description:
It is recommended that the Board approve the final levy which includes the Board approved levy amount of $300 per pupil and the OPEB levy, both of which replace the expiring $405 levy.
|

8.3. CMETS Joint Powers Agreement
Description:
The CMETs governing board recently approved an updating of the Joint Powers Agreement and now each district is requested to approve the new Joint Powers Agreement. It is recommended the Board approve the agreement.

8.4. CMETS VSEM
Description:
A report to the board regarding the strategic plan (VSEM) of CMETS will be made.
|

8.5. Bully Prohibition Policy 514- First Reading
Description:
First reading of revised Bullying policy. New language in bold. The language deleted was in reference to “groups of students” which is not defensible and not in new policy.
