Description:
Attached is a summary of the levy. Our recommendation, as it is each year, is that we approve the maximum allowable levy preliminarily and make needed adjustments for the final levy in December.

8.2. Policy 604 Inclusive Education Program
Description:
A new policy required by the MDE for this year’s Assurance of Compliance certification. First Reading.

8.3. MOU with C-CSP
Description:
This addresses a newly created situation in the C-CSP to deal with the hiring of a husband and wife. Each is entitled to family coverage and, as with the AFT, we are recommending they take one family and apply the monetary value of the other policy to that one family policy. This is cost effective for both the employer and employees.
