The School Board Chair will lead the school board and attendees in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Board action to approve the agenda for the meeting is expected.

Recommendation: Approve to pay the MSHSL bill for $5,353.00

5.G. Coaching/Advisor List for 2020-2021

5.H. LEGAL COUNSEL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020
The ROCORI School District has, historically, used a variety of legal firms as legal counsel.  The nature of the particular issue requiring attention has dictated the legal firm consulted for advice and direction.  The school district has used the legal firms of Ratwik, Rozak and Maloney, P.A., and Kennedy and Graven Law Firm as legal counsel for educational issues and concerns.  The firm of Knutson, Flynn & Deans has been secured as legal counsel for election issues.  Willenbring, Dahl, Wocken and Zimmermann has been used for issues that are more local or property legal issues.  The school district will use Saul, Ewing, Arnstein & Lein for legal counsel for the MSHSL. Because of the relationships with these firms and the particular attorneys within these firms, it is recommended that these firms be named as legal counsel for calendar year 2020.
Recommendation:  Motion to designate Ratwik, Rozak and Maloney, P.A.; Kenndey and Graven Law Firm, Knutson, Flynn and Deans; Willenbring, Dahl, Wocken, and Zimmerman; and Saul, Ewing, Arnstein & Lehr as legal counsel for the ROCORI School District. 

6. ACTION  ITEMS
Action items receive individual attention because of the nature of the issues, the need to discuss or review the information prior to taking action, or the specific kind of action required for the item.

6.A. RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A DONATION
Be It Resolved, by the School Board of ISD 750, ROCORI, as follows, that the following donation be accepted with gratitude: Thank you to all the organizations and individuals for their donations. 
The school district appreciates your generosity and continued support. 
Recommend adoption of the resolution to accept the donation

6.B. OUT OF STATE TRAVEL FOR ROCORI STUDENTS
Due to COVID-19, any out of state travel for school related business needs to be suspended through June 30, 2021 due to the safety of our students.
Recommendation: Approve the recommendation suspending any out of state travel for school related business for ROCORI students through June 30, 2021.

6.C. INSURANCE RENEWALS
Many of the District insurance policies are set for renewal on October 1st. The District has received quotations on the property and liability insurance, network security insurance, and worker's compensation. Information about the quotations is included in the exhibits.
Recommendation: Approve the property and liability insurance with EMC, workers comp insurance with SFM, and network security insurance with AXIS.
