1. Call to Order and Establish Quorum

2. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed (executive) session to interview candidates for the position of Superintendent of Schools, as permitted by Section 551.074(a)(1), Texas Government Code. No action will be taken at this meeting.

3. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed session with Region 5 Representative(s) to deliberate the selection of a lone finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The Board will deliberate in closed (executive) session, as permitted by 551.074(a)(1), Tex Gov't Code, The Board may or may not, take action at this Special Meeting to name a lone finalist. If it does take such action, it will do so in open (public) session, according to law.
