Approve the proposal from RSM US, LLC to provide audit readiness services in connection with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. 

12.10. Authorization to Dispose of Excess or Obsolete Equipment and Materials
It is recommended that the Board of Education declare the equipment and materials detailed in the attached memo as obsolete and authorize the Administration to dispose of the same.

If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner.
