12.5. Food Service Contract
Award the Food Service Management Company bid to Organic Life for the 2024-25 school year, with the option to extend the contract annually for four additional years. |
12.6. Donation for Community Schools
Pursuant to Board Policy 8:80, accept the donation from the Education Foundation Supporting the Students of Niles Township of $4,732 to support Summer Exploration scholarships for 13 students. |
12.7. Asbestos Abatement Bid
Award the asbestos abatement contract for Madison Elementary School to EHC Industries, Wauconda, IL, at $33,800, which the Board recognizes as the lowest responsible bidder. |

The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner. |
