Approve the revised school calendar with a beginning date of August 22, 2024 and a closing date of June 4, 2025, including Parent/Teacher Conference days of October 18, 2024 and March 6, 2025 and the Teacher Institute Days of August 19, 2024, August 20, 2024, December 6, 2024, and February 28, 2025 as the official school calendar, year 2024-25, of School District 69, Cook County.

13.8. Madison Summer 2024 Building Updates
Approve the bid package including Base Bid, and Alternates 1, 2, and 3 in the amount of $895,610 for renovations at Madison Elementary School including multi-use (group) bathrooms, staff lounge, single use bathrooms, replacement of storefront doors (exterior doors) and replacement of flooring in the hallways to the recommended vendors, which vendors the Board recognizes as the lowest responsible bidder for the respective contracts, and further assign the contracts to the Board's Construction Manager, Nicholas and Associates, Inc. |
