Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Skokie Education Association (SEA) to establish stipends funded through the SBMH grant as incentives to retain high-quality SBMH staff. |
14.6. Collaborative for Curriculum (CFC) Intergovernmental Agreement with Niles Township High School District 219
Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between Niles Township High School District 219 and Skokie District 69 effective beginning July 1, 2024 through August 31, 2034 to continue our long-term partnership, Collaborative for Curriculum (CFC), for the purpose of supporting literacy, mathematics, science and STEM curricula

14.7. Resolution Concerning the Impact of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) on School Districts
Approve the resolution of the Board of Education of Skokie District 69 regarding the impact of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) on School Districts and direct the administration to forward the resolution to the Illinois General Assembly, Governor and ED-RED.

It is recommended that the report of the auditor, Wipfli, be accepted as presented and placed on file. |
14.9. Property Tax Relief Grant - Transfer and Abatement of Funds
Resolution transferring funds ($1,932,382) from the Educational Fund to the Bond Fund and abating a portion of the taxes heretofore levied for the year 2023 to pay debt service on certain outstanding bonds of the District, for purposes of receiving the Property Tax Relief Grant. |
