Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $25,485,000 General Obligation Limited Tax School Bonds, Series 2020, of the District for the purpose of paying claims against the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the execution of a Bond Purchase Agreement with Raymond James & Associates, Inc., in connection with the sale of said bonds.

12.2. ELL Parent Center Withdrawal
It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the withdrawal from the ELL Parent Center and direct the Superintendent to notify the ELL Parent Center Board of the intent to withdraw by March 1, 2020. |

It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Understanding Between Member Districts of the Niles Township District for Special Education for Member District Contributions to Capital Improvement Fees for the Molloy Renovation as presented. |
14.5. Authorization to Dispose of Excess or Obsolete Equipment
It is recommended that the Board of Education declare the equipment detailed as surplus equipment and authorize Administration to dispose of the same. |
14.6. Approve Bid 2001: Ford F-350 Truck
It is recommended that the Board of Education award the Ford F-350 truck bid to Roesch Ford, Bensenville, Illinois, at $47,392.00, which the Board recognizes as the lowest responsible bidder. |
14.7. Approve as second and final read Policies 4:80, 5:30, and 5:50 (adopted as presented by IASB PRESS Updates Issue 102)
