Resolution (i) authorizing and providing for a lease agreement for the purpose of building and equipping a new school building and improving the site thereof and for the issuance of approximately $25,125,000 Taxable General Obligation Lease Obligations (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2020, evidencing the rights to payment under said agreement, (ii) providing for the pledge of certain revenues to the payment of principal and interest on said Lease Obligations under said lease agreement and the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay such principal and interest if the pledged revenues are insufficient to make such payment and (iii) authorizing the sale of said Lease Obligations to the purchaser thereof.

16.4. Resolution Authorizing the Adoption of the Levy for the 2019 Levy Year
Approve the amounts to be levied for the year 2019 on the equalized assessed value for all taxable property within School District 69, Cook County, Illinois and authorize the President and Secretary of this Board to sign and file the Certification of Tax Levy, including the foregoing amounts and purposes with the Clerk of Cook County.

16.5. Resolution Authorizing Reduction of Certain Fund Levies for the 2019 Levy Year
Approve the resolution titled “Resolution to Instruct the County Clerk How to Apportion 2019 Tax Levy Extension Reductions for Skokie School District #69, Cook County, Illinois” be approved as presented by the Superintendent, and that the President and Secretary be authorized to sign the resolution on behalf of the Board. |
16.6. Property Tax Abatement
It is recommended that the Board approve the application for the Tax Year 2019 Property Tax Relief Grant. |
16.7. Official School Calendar 2020-21
Approve the school calendar, with a beginning date of August 24, 2020 and a closing date of May 28, 2021, including Parent/Teacher Conference days of October 12, 2020 and April 5, 2021, and the Teacher Institute days of August 19, 2020, August 20, 2020, November 3, 2020 and February 26, 2021 be approved as the official school calendar, year 2020-2021, of School District 69, Cook County. |
16.8. Approval of Five Year Review Policies
Approve the Five Year Review Policies to be maintained as they exist as follows 2:40, 2:50, 2:60, 3:60, 4:90, 5:35, 5:40, 6:65, 8:25, 8:95, 2:240, 4:140, 5:130, 5:310, 6:110, 6:120, 6:190, 6:230, 7:170, and 7:185. |

The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner. |
