Approve the Superintendent's recommendation that all closed session minutes from January 2015 through July 2016 be made available for review by request through District procedures under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

14.6. Closed Session Recordings
Following the Superintendent’s review of the closed session verbatim transcripts for which proper minutes have been approved, that all recordings of closed sessions prior to July, 2015 be destroyed.

14.7. Resolution to Establish a Fiscal Year and Authorize Development of the 2018 Budget
Approval of the resolution to establish the 2018 fiscal year and to authorize the the Superintendent to prepare the 2017-18 Budget in tentative form.

14.8. Establish Fees for 2017-18
Approve the student and bus transportation fees for the 2017-18 school year.

The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner.
