1. Roll Call (6:00 p.m.)

2. Statements from Visitors
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make a brief statement to the Board regarding any items listed on the agenda. The Board will take all statements under advisement without discussion.

3. Consent Agenda
It is recommended that the consent agenda for December 2, 2015 be approved as listed.

3.1. Approval of Recognition of Schools Applications
Approve the 2015-2016 Application for Recognition of Schools for each of the schools of District 69 as presented by the Superintendent and authorize the Superintendent to submit the applications on behalf of the Board.

3.2. Revised Intergovernmental Agreement Concerning Classrooms First Consolidation
Approve the Revised Intergovernmental Agreement Concerning Classrooms First Consolidation as presented by the Superintendent and authorize the President and Secretary to sign on behalf of the Board.

4. Closed Session
It is recommended that the Board move into closed session to consider information regarding self-evaluation, practices and procedures or professional ethics, when meeting with a representative of a statewide association of which the public body is a member.
