Description:
After receiving final numbers and reviewing, we did not need to have a truth in taxation meeting. We are below the required percentage. I have included the tax levy certificate. I will bring with me the projected versus actual numbers with me to review and discuss.

H. "Resolution directing the Regional Superintendent to certify to the Vermilion County Clerk the question of imposing a 1% county school facility sales tax for submission to the voters of Vermilion County at the April 4, 2023, general primary election." ACTION
Description:
I believe this will be the third time the resolution has been placed on the ballot. I would once again recommend we place this on the ballot as all county schools are also moving forward.

I. Consideration of an additional full-time long-term substitute for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year ACTION
Description:
Currently, Virginia is our sub coordinator and subs in a classroom each day. We are well over staff member being gone each day and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find enough subs to fill our building needs. I would like to add a temporary long-term sub position for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year to work 40 hours each week.
