Description:  I spoke with our sales person from Central States.  I have attached his thoughts and possibilities based on our current situation.  I have attached the information for everyone to see but we need to decide whether to run this through the transportation committee for further discussion or discuss the idea as a board.

Description:  We've hand numerous problems with the ice machine and dishwasher.  Deposit is clogging the arms in the dishwasher which is doubling the amount of time it takes to clean dishes and often fails to do the job properly.  The ice machine is out of service on a regular basis due to clogs as a result of the deposits. We had Eco Lab here over break to clean out the dishwasher and they returned again this past week.  Similarly, Sheridan's is also here working on the ice machine for the same issue.  The attached picture shows the amount of deposit which had collected in just a few weeks.   Both Eco Lab and Sheridan's suggested a water softener to alleviate the issues.  We contacted Culligan who we already work with and they have provided a proposal as attached.  

Description:  CTS will be here to discuss the north end door replacement options.  They will also discuss opportunities for solar energy and what that may look like for our district.
