Description:
Consideration of FY 16 Audit: Russell Leigh and Associates have
submitted a contract if we wish to use their services again for the year ended in June 30, 2016. Their fee for the services will be at the standard hourly rates plus out-of-pocket costs; however, they agree that the total fee will not exceed $4,700.00. I would recommend that we sign a contract with Russell Leigh and Associates for the FY 16 Audit.
