Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education award the bid for 2026 MHS Restroom Renovations to Bush Construction, Davenport, Iowa, in the amount of $4,390,000. See Attachment No. 2.

Approval to Engage Services - HVAC Master Installation Agreement (Bicentennial Elementary School, John Deere Middle School and Wilson Middle School)
Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approves to engage services with Ruyle Mechanical Services, Rock Island, Illinois, for a total cost not to exceed $6,171,642. These services are for HVAC improvements at Bicentennial Elementary, John Deere Middle School, and Wilson Middle School. See Attachment No. 3.
