403(b) Plan Document Update - Dave McDermott
Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the 403(b) Plan Document changes to allow terminated Participants (i.e., retirees) to rollover into the Plan and implement mandatory Cash-Out Distribution limit to $5,000 for any Participant who has terminated services with the District prior to retirement. See Attachment No. 11.
