Description:
The Board will go into Closed Executive Session to discuss employment, compensation, and performance of specific employees of the public body, pursuant to Section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1); security procedures, school building safety and security, and the use of personnel and equipment to respond to an action, a threatened, or a reasonably potential danger to the safety of employees, students, staff, or public property, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(8); and, other matters relating to individual students, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(10).
