The board reserves the right to go into Executive Session at any time as permitted by Alaska State Law.
BP 9321 Alaska State Law 44.62.310 makes all School Board Meetings open to the public except the following subjects may be discussed in Executive Session: 

• Subjects that tend to prejudice the reputation of character of any person; provided that person may request a public discussion
