3. Kelly Educational Staffing Substitute Staffing Proposal
Description:
District representatives recently met with Kelly Staffing to discuss a possible contract for substitutes. Kelly can provide the district with subs for teachers, paraprofessionals, kitchen staff, and custodians. Attached you will find pricing from Kelly along with a contract. In addition, please find unfilled vacancy rates for 17-18 and other pricing documents. In particular, we've attached a comparison between a district-wide sub versus a contract with Kelley. Kelley is promising a high "fill rate" which would help us with the issue of pulling RTI and administrators from their daily duties.
I'd like to have this discussion with the Board regarding this possible service. The goal would be to generate any additional questions that we may have for Kelley, bring up concerns, and determine whether or not this is an avenue we wish to explore further as a district. |
