1.2. Preliminary Levy Certification
Description:
We will discuss the preliminary Levy Certification for Pay 2015. Attached is a spreadsheet that will be used in the discussion. I am recommending that we underlevy for Health and Safety and OPEB, allowing the District to ensure that taxes remain close to the amount discussed for residential properties as presented during the referendum campaign. Most commercial industrial and agricultural homesteaded properties will see a tax decrease.
