Conduct a hearing regarding the Level Three appeal filed by Jujuandria Maddox, pursuant to Board policies FNG(LEGAL) and FNG (LOCAL) and deliberate same pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 for deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee and to hear a complaint against an employee.
