Amendments: 1) Agenda Item # 17, Closed Session, is being removed, as this was inadvertently duplicated on tonight's agenda. Closed Session will take place as planned, which is Agenda Item #6. 2) Agenda # 13.1.3.1, Resignations and Retirements, is being pulled from the Consent Agenda. The Board will not be acting on the resignation of Mara Weiner. The remainder of staff listed in the Resignations and Retirements Agenda Item will be voted on separately.
