9.A) Recommendation to implement a COVID-19 test to stay program for staff and students pending parent permission

9.B) Motion to approve the notice of retirement for Dr. Melissa Onesto, Principal at Butler School, subject to compliance with the applicable requirements of TRS and the District's collective bargaining agreement - effective at the end of the 2025-2026 school year (Goal 3)

9.J) Recommendation to approve the memorandum of understanding  between The Board of Education of Homer Community Consolidated School District 33-C (“Board”) and the Homer District 33-C Support Staff Council of the American Federation of Teachers, Local 604 (“Union”) have discussed a plan for District nurses to pursue additional education to become certified school nurses, and for the District to provide tuition reimbursement for this purpose. 

9.K) Recommendation to approve 3.0 FTE nurse aide positions
