11.A) Motion to approve compensation increases of 3.7% going towards TRS for District Administrators for the 2018-2019 school year. Personnel covered by this motion are as follows: Christine Graefen, Melissa Onesto, Erin Shannon, Jason Skube, Kristen Schroeder, Greg Zurales, Renee Karalus, Kelly Kardas, Candis Gasa, Nathan Baldwin, Mike Szopinsk, David Mekhiel and a motion to approve 3.7% salary increase for Glen Wysong for the 2018-2019 school year (Goals 3,5)

11.B) Motion to grant Kendra Michalik a variance in the Certified Staff Retirement Incentive (Article XV of the collective bargaining agreement) as presented in closed session
