11. Monthly Financial Report - Mr. Tanner
Updated cash flow projections for the three operating funds, education, operations and maintenance, and transportation, through June 30, 2014, will be presented.  A performance report on district investments, real estate tax collections, and impact fee collections for June will be reviewed.

12. Unfinished Business

12.a. Recommendation to Approve Math Resources - Dr. Freeman
Math resources the Math Committee is recommending for adoption were presented at the June 23, 2014, board meeting and have been available since that meeting for public review.  Dr. Freeman will present the committee's recommendation to approve adoption of these math resources.  It is expected that the board will vote on adoption at this meeting.

13. New Business

13.a. Recommendation to Approve D.A.R.E. Proposal - Dr. Gildea
Dr. Gildea will review the agreement with the Mundelein Police Department to provide the D.A.R.E. program for the 2014-2015 school year and  the administration's recommendation to accept the proposal. It is expected that the board will vote on acceptance at this meeting.

13.b. Recommendation to Approve SEDOL Shared Transportation Services  Agreement - Mr. Tanner
An agreement to share transportation services with SEDOL will be reviewed and recommended for adoption.  It is expected that the board will vote on approval at this meeting.

13.c. Recommendation to Participate in Purchasing Cooperative - Mr. Taner
A proposal to participate in a national purchasing cooperative will be reviewed and the administration's recommendation to participate in the national purchasing cooperative will be presented.  It is expected that the board will vote on approval of the agreement at tonight's meeting.

Administration will present personnel items for board appoval.

16. Information Items

16.a. Review of District Assessment System - Dr. Freeman
An update on the district assessment system will be presented. This comprehensive K-8 assessment system has been adjusted to include the state mandated Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) assessment along with other assessments administered within the district. This assessment system will be presented for board approval at next month's board meeting.
