I. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call

II. Citizen's Comments (Limited to Agenda Items)

III. Approval of the Resolution providing for the
issue of approximately $12,000,000 General Obligation Refunding School Bonds of
the District for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds of the
District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the
principal and interest on the bonds, and authorizing the sale of the bonds to
the purchaser thereof.

IV. Approval of the Resolution providing for the
issue of not to exceed $1,500,000 General Obligation Limited Tax School Bonds
of the District for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the
District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal
and interest on the bonds, and authorizing the sale of the bonds to the
purchaser thereof.

V. Approval to hire Justin Broderick as the 8th
Grade Math Teacher at Brookwood Jr. High School for the 2020-2021 School Year
according to the GEA Salary Schedule ($42,249).

VI. Approval to pay teacher retirees from Brookwood School
District 167 a daily substitute rate of $140.00 per full day.
