Request approval to hire Milosh Lukovic for the position as Assistant Boys Basketball Coach for the 2015-2016 school year. Mr. Lukovic will be replacing Todd Evans formerly in this position. Mr. Lukovic will be paid at the BA-Step 1 level or $3,399.00 based on the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Rita Blake for the newly created Confidential Secretary to the Business Manager position for the 2015-2016 school year pending successful completion of employment requirements. Ms. Blake will be paid $30.00 per hour during the probationary period.

Request retroactive approval to move John Grubisich, Student Supervisor, from probationary status to regular full-time status with full vested rights in all programs effective September 14, 2015. Mr. Grubisich will be paid $21.07 per hour based on the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request retroactive approval to move Tracy Tough, Accounts Payable Specialist, from probationary status to regular full-time status with full vested rights in all programs effective September 10, 2015. Ms. Tough will be paid $28.32 per hour based on the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval for Brittany Milovanovic, Fine Arts Teacher, to take a Family Medical Leave of Absence beginning on or around February 14, 2016 with a return on or around the beginning of first semester of the 2016-2017 school year.

Request approval to hire Tera Dunn for the position as Subtitute Teacher for the 2015-2016 school year pending successful completion of employment requirements. Mrs. Dunn will be paid the substitute hourly rate of $22.00 per period.

Request approval to hire Dominika Galdyn for the position as Student Aide for the Pupil Personnel Services department for the 2015-2016 school year. Ms. Galdyn will work one (1) hour per day, five (5) days per week at the minimum wage of $8.25 per hour.

Request approval for Antonio Manjarrez, sponsor, and Assurim Rosete, ACHS Instructional Aide, to accompany eight co-ed members of the International Club to attend the National Hispanic Institute Celebración from November 12, 2015 through November 15, 2015 in Dallas Texas. The group will stay at the Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas Texas. There is no cost to the district.

Request approval for the Tri-Town Little League to use the Frank Stout Fieldhouse, (C and S courts), on Sundays only from November 1, 2015 through April 10, 2016 from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. for baseball practice. The recommendation is no charge to the organization for use of the facilities pending a roster of participants verifying 75% residency prior to use. A current certificate of insurance will be required prior to use.

Request approval for Bedford Park Park District to use the Frank Stout Fieldhouse, (C and S courts), on Sundays only from November 1, 2015 through April 10, 2016 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. for community youths to practice/play baseball. The recommendation is no charge to the organization for use of the facilities pending a roster of participants verifying 75% residency prior to use. A current certificate of insurance is on file which expires 12/31/15. A current certificate of insurance will be required prior to 1/1/16.

Request approval for the Little Argonauts Wrestling Club to use the Top Gymnasium from November 2, 2015 to April 1, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays for children of the community to compete. The recommendation is no charge to the organization for use of the facilities pending a roster of participants verifying 75% residency prior to use. A current certificate of insurance will be required prior to use.

Request approval for the Monarch Girls Soccer team to use the Frank Stout Fieldhouse/Memorial Stadium/Soccer Field on Sundays only from November 22, 2015 through August 14, 2016 from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.to practice/play soccer games. The recommendation is no charge to the organization for use of the facilities pending a roster of participants verifying 75% residency prior to use. A current certificate of insurance is on file which expires 09/1/16.

Request approval for Gremio Junior Soccer Club to use the Frank Stout Fieldhouse, (N and C courts), from November 22, 2015 through March 30, 2016 from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.; Memorial Stadium and the Soccer Field from April 3, 2016 through June 26, 2016 from noon until 4:00 p.m. The recommendation is no charge to the organization for use of the facilities pending a roster of participants verifying 75% residency prior to use. A current certificate of insurance is on file which expires 09/01/16.

Request approval for the Prijatelji Orchestra to use Bulow Auditorium on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for an orchestra concert. The group will be charged in accordance with the use of facilities rental fee. A current certificate of insurance will be required prior to use.
