Request approval to renew the contract with Bulldog Solutions, Inc. for the 2015-2016 school year in the amount of $9,216 pending a current certificate of insurance. There is no change in rate from previous year.

Request approval to renew the contract with Rosecrance, Inc. to provide a Student Assistance Counselor for the 2015-2016 school year to work with students with substance abuse issues. The amount budgeted is $16,974.40. No increase in cost from previous year.

Request approval for Gary Feltman, Sarah Hills and two (2) volunteers, along with nine (9) members of the Special Olympics to participate in the state track competition at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois on June 12, 2015 and June 13, 2015. The group will stay overnight at the Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette.

Request approval for the Summit Rebels Football team to use Memorial Stadium/Soccer Field and the Frank Stout Fieldhouse from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on September 8 and 15; October 6 and 20; and, November 2,3,9,10 and 16 to play football games. On Saturday, date to be determined, for pictures from noon until 3:00 p.m. The recommendation is no charge to the group for use of the facilities. A current certificate will be required prior to use.
