Considerar y tal vez actuar para ordenar elecciones generales el 7 de mayo de 2016 para elegir tres administradores del Consejo para los Lugares 1, 2 y 5.

11.f. Consider Board approval of the Notice and Order of General Election for Early Voting and for Election Day.

Considerar la aprobación del Consejo del Aviso y Orden de Elecciones generales para la votación adelantada y para el día de las elecciones.

11.g. Consider and possible approval of Resolution to have a joint election on May 7, 2016, with all political subdivisions in the County of Lubbock.

Considerar y posiblemente aprobar la Resolución para celebrar elecciones conjuntas el día 7 de mayo de 2016 con todas las subdivisiones políticas del condado de Lubbock.

11.h. Consider and possible approval of the Joint Election Agreement between the District and Dorothy Kennedy, the Lubbock County Elections Administrator.

Considerar y posiblemente aprobar el Acuerdo de elecciones conjuntas entre el Distrito y Dorothy Kennedy, la administradora de las elecciones del condado de Lubbock.

11.i. Consider approval of the Early Voting locations and times and Election Day polling locations and times.

11.j. Consider and appoint Dorothy Kennedy as the Early Voting Clerk, Johnny Franklin as the Early Voting Ballot Board Judge and Betty Wheeler as the Early Voting Ballot Board Alternate Judge. 

Considerar y nombrar a Dorothy Kennedy como Secretaria para la votación adelantada,  a Johnny Franklin como Juez del Consejo para la votación adelantada y a Betty Wheeler como la Juez suplente del Consejo para la votación adelantada.

11.k. Consider and appoint Dorothy Kennedy as the Central Count Station Manager, Roxzine Stinson as the Tabulations Supervisor, and Tom Grimes as the Central Count Judge.

Considerar y nombrar a Dorothy Kennedy como la Administradora de la estación del conteo central, a Roxzine Stinson como la Supervisora de la tabulación y a Tom Grimes como el Juez del conteo central.

11.l. Consider and appoint Election Judges and Alternate Judges for each Election Day Vote Center as presented in Exhibit C.
 
Considerar y nombrar a los jueces electorales y a los jueces suplentes para cada centro electoral el día de las elecciones, según se indica en el Anexo C.

11.m. Consider and appoint Gloria Armenta, Ruth Martinez, and Sandy Salazar to serve as Bilingual Election Clerks.
