Consider amendments to Downtown Revitalization Project for KCZ Investments at   720 Lincoln Avenue - the original project cost was $71,895.38 with a total DTR amount of $50,000.  The initial project was to include removal of false facade and installation of EIFS - however, it was discovered that the original  brick was in good shape and it is the owners wish to repair and paint said brick.  Therefore the costs are $58,912.01 with total DTR in the amount of $44,184.00
