Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on September 22, 2025 and the minutes of the work session held on October 13, 2025.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education award the snow removal bids as follows: Location 1: Large student parking lot, bus garage, and service road on the north side of the school is awarded to _________ at a rate of $_____. Location 2: Activity Center parking lots (front and back) and all sidewalks around the school and Activity Center and Early Childhood building, including all exit doors is awarded to ______________ at a rate of $______

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education accept and approve the donations received during the months of September and October 2025 as follows: 09/25/2025 James Ross $2000.00 for Marlyce Ross Scholarships-Class of 2026; and 09/29/2025 Lucan Lions $400.00 for the Rabbit Paws Backpack Program; 10/23/2025 Wabasso Legion Auxiliary $100.00 Rabbit Paws Backpack Program.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the Resolution of Governing Board Supporting Form A Application of Minnesota State High School League Foundation as presented

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education accept the BetterU Solutions Proposal for Superintendent Search Selection Phase at a cost of $5,100.00. This includes preparation for and completion of a successful Superintendent search through Communication, Soliciting the Candidate Pool, Preparing Interview Process, Candidate Screening, and Evaluation of Finalists for final selection.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education accept the BetterU Solutions Proposal for Superintendent Transition Coaching/Mentoring Phase at a cost of $3,800.00. This includes transition and one year Superintendent Mentoring or Leadership Coaching.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approves that the District will pay 50% of the Minnesota Paid Leave program premium. The Board also approves that the district will not allow use of available leave to supplement partial payment received from MN Paid Leave program by a staff member.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the Preliminary Seniority List of the Wabasso Education Association members, and begin the 20 day review period for any challenges according to Section 7 of the WEA labor contract.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the preliminary Seniority List of the Confidential and Supervisory Employee members.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the Preliminary Seniority List of the Student Support Employees group (fka AFSCME).

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education hire Dylan Woodford as the JV Boys Basketball Coach for the 2025-2026 season as recommended by Activities Director Joe Kemp. Mr. Woodford will be placed on Step 2 with a salary of $4,400.78 according to the WEA and ISD 640 Extra Curricular Salary Schedule.

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education hire Justin Bernardy as the Jr High Boys Basketball Coach for the 2025-2026 season as recommended by Activities Director Joe Kemp. Mr. Bernardy will be placed on Step 1 with a salary of $2,501.50 according to the WEA and ISD 640 Extra Curricular Salary Schedule.
