Description:
According to Minn. Stat 205A.10, Subd. 3, Between the third and tenth days after a school district election, the school board must canvass the returns and declare the results of the election.
Therefore a Special Meeting date and time need to be set between November 8 and November 15, 2024 to canvass results within the the 3-10 day requirement. *Note: Monday, November 11, 2024 is Veterans Day, a Federal Holiday, and no meeting may be held on that date. |
