Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the Adult and Guest meal prices for the 2024-2025 according to the School Nutrition Program minimum requirements as follows: Breakfast $2.40/meal; Lunch $5.00/meal

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education approve the Community Education Department hiring Katelynn Riley as a Summer Care Corner Assistant at the rate of $10.50 per hour

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education hire Erin Rohlik as the Long Term Substitute in Grade 3 for Quarter 1 of the 2024-2025 school year. This position is August 20, 2024 through November 1, 2024. Mrs. Rohlik will be paid for .25 FTE of $49,500.00, or $12,375.00, for this assignment and she will receive prorated benefits according to the Wabasso Education Association Teaching Contract at .25 FTE. In addition, Erin Rohlik is hired to serve as the Substitute Administrator to post and fill substitute staff as needed for staff absence, for Quarter 1 of the 2024-2025 school year with a salary of $500 for these duties

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education accept the resignation of Tara Morin as the Yearbook Advisor upon completion of the 2023-2024 Yearbook

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education hire Emily Captain as the Cross Country Head Coach for the 2024-2025 school year as recommended by Activities Director Joe Kemp. Emily will be placed on Step 3 of the extra curricular salary schedule of the WEA Contract with a salary of $3863.43

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education hire Joel Dudgeon as the Cross Country Assistant Coach for the 2024-2025 school year as recommended by Activities Director Joe Kemp. Joel will be placed on Step 4 of the extra curricular salary schedule of the WEA Contract with a salary of $3788.41

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education hire Caleb Kemp and Scott Leopold as a Co-Assistant Football Coaches for the 2024-2025 school year. The salary for this position on Step 3 of the extra curricular salary schedule is $3863.43, which will be split paying $1,931.71 to each co-assistant coach

Recommended Motion(s):  Be it Resolved that the ISD 640 Board of Education hire David Berner as a Jr High Football Coach for the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Berner will be placed on Step 3 of the extra curricular salary schedule with a salary of $2663.14 according to the WEA contract
