5. PUBLIC COMMENT
|
5.A. Due to the Governor's July 2, 2020 executive order, all visitors will be required to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public
|
5.B. Per Executive Order GA-32 from Gov. Greg Abbott, most every business establishment in North Texas is now required to reduce capacity from 75% to 50%. Limited seating will be available in order to comply with social distancing guidelines.
|
5.C. Addressing the School Board: A public speaker must sign up by 6:55pm. A speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes to make comments regarding items on the agenda. Speakers must address the Board from the podium and state their name before speaking. The Board shall not answer questions and shall not deliberate or decide regarding any subject. Board policy prohibits the discussion of complaints against district employees and/or students during public comment.
