Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically to receive and discuss the report regarding an independent investigation conducted pursuant to Jeff Merket’s Board Policy DIA complaint.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, specifically to receive and discuss the report regarding an independent investigation conducted pursuant to Jeff Merket’s Board Policy DIA complaint.
