2. CLOSED MEETING (TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE §§551.001 et seq.) 

2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code including providing counsel to the Board regarding a Level III/I complaint.

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including the conduct of a hearing for a Level III/I complaint against a District officer or employee and deliberations concerning the complaint.

2.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the
deliberation.

3. RECONVENE INTO OPEN MEETING

3.A. Consideration and possible action regarding Level III/I grievance hearing.
