4.2.1. Heritage Center - Permission requested to place flags at Homestead Settlers and Civil War Veterans sites Memorial Day weekend in celebration and honor of the 50th anniversary.

4.2.2. Special Request - Faith Garden lot 135 space 1 - Currently occupied by Lois Babel and two infant children of Kathy Babel. Special request is to allow Kathy's cremains to be added at the foot. No space for grave marker unless a plaque can be added to headstone.

4.2.3. Wash Height Clarification - Palmer Brothers and Worley Monuments noticed there is inconsistency with wash heights
