It is recommended by the Superintendent that the Board of Education ratify and confirm adoption of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Memoranda of Understanding, and Letters of Agreement Between the Board of Education of School District 45, DuPage County, Illinois, and the Villa Park Education Association, August 2025 - August 2028.

7.A. School-Based Child Nutrition Meal Agreement between School Association for Special Education in DuPage, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program, Multi-Needs Program, and School District 45

Description:
Mr. Jeff Eagan will provide information to the Board of Education regarding the School - Based Child Nutrition Meal Agreement between School Association for Special Education in DuPage (SASED), Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Program, Multi-Needs (MN) Program, and School District 45. District 45 will provide meals (breakfast and lunch) to the special education students housed at the SASED leased classrooms for the 2025-2026 school year as outlined in the agreement.
