A. Call to Order, Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance.

B. Public Comment/Response.
Public comments are subject to the following provisions:
Sign in on the comment sheet located on the counter near the entrance of the Hauser Library.
Step up to the microphone, if available.
Identify oneself by name and address, and be brief.
Ordinarily, comments shall be limited to 5 minutes.
Board President may shorten or lengthen an individual's opportunity to speak.
If a number of individuals wish to address the Board on the same subject, the group is encouraged to appoint a spokesperson.

C. Enter Into Closed Session for the purpose of discussing:
     *The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity.  5ILCS 120/2 (c)(1).
