8.1. Consideration of final approval to pay Early Retirement Incentives

Description:
At the February 21 Board meeting, Superintendent Gersich was authorized to offer Teacher Early Retirement Incentive to B. Schmidt, R. Kramer-Curtin and S. Maluchnik in the amount of a $15,000 contribution to retirement health benefits. Each has accepted the offer of the Board. Administration recommends final approval and payment.

This is a continuation of approval sought at the February 21 Board meeting. From the original proposal, the assignment change, hiring timeline and new principal start date were approved but the hiring process was tabled until the March 6 Board Meeting.
