Description: 

If, during the course of the meeting, the Board determines that a closed
session is required, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Government Code, including, but not limited to:
 

a. 551.071, Matters on which the school district legal counsel's duties to the school district under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct or the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act.

b. 551.074 Deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, proposed terminations, terminations and suspensions, proposed nonrenewals, renewals, and resignation/retirements, discipline, and/or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including the superintendent, and/or hear complaints and grievances against public officers or employees

   i. Consider procedure for processing grievance filed by employee

c. 551.076, Deliberation regarding the deployment or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices
