Consider and take possible action ranking bids received for the District’s Real Property located at 300 W. 7 7th Street, Breckenridge, Stephens County, Texas and described below, and approve Resolution on the sale of said Real Property, pursuant to Local Government Code 272, and authorize the Superintendent or his representative to enter into a Real Estate Sale Agreement with the top ranked bidder (“Buyer”) and authorize the President of the Board of Trustees to execute a deed and other documents necessary to effect the conveyance of the Property.
