Description:  Move to accept the bid of $346,224.00 from Wm. Molnar Roofing Inc. of Riverview, Michigan, for the main roof replacement at Manor Elementary School and reject all other bids.  Money for this project will come from the Building and Site Sinking Fund.

Description:  Move to accept the bid of $201,500.00 from Sieb Plumbing & Heating, Inc. of Monroe, Michigan, for the air handling unit replacement at Monroe High School’s Vocational Building and reject all other bids.  This bid includes the Base Bid, Proposal A, bid amount of $183,400.00 plus Alternate M-1 of $18,100.00.  Money for this project will come from the Building and Site Sinking Fund.

Description:  Move to accept the alternate bid of $4,740.00 from Total Environmental of Toledo, Ohio, to remove and dispose of approximately 561 square feet of asbestos containing hot water tank insulation.  Money for this purchase will come from the Site Sinking Fund.

Description:  Move to [accept] [decline] [revise] the draft section of additional conditions provided by Tom Fritz for the sale of the Christiancy School property. 

Description:  Move to convene in Closed Session for the purpose of conducting a student disciplinary hearing.  Open Meetings Act, Section 8(b)
