4.A. Approval of EDU Healthcare Physical Therapy Contract
Description:
This contract will cover the 2022-2023 School Year to include 2022 Summer School Program and the Extended School Year for Special Education Students.

4.B. Approval of Soliant-Blazer Works Occupational Therapy Contract
Description:
The attached contract from Soliant-Blazer is being provided for the Board of Education’s review and approval. This contract is for occupational therapy services for the 2022-2023 school year to include the 2022 Summer School Program and Extended School Year for Special Education Students with the Bill Rate $73.41/hr for up to 40 hours paid through General Funds with partial Medicaid refunds and the Summer School Program portion will be covered by Special Education Funds.
