Request for Due Process Consideration: The Superintendent is requesting that the board make a determination regarding the expulsion of a Meadowview student based on the outcome of the previous due process hearing in accordance to Section 1331a of the Michigan School Revised School Code and Eaton RESA Board Policies 5605, 5610.01, 5610.02, and 5611.
