Approve the first revised 2021-22 budget amendments.

• Three (3) school bus purchases:  $292,490
• Zono sterilizing cabinets:  $49,400
• Office furniture (Hart office):  $5,840
• Office furniture (ISD-South):  $8,700
• Natural playground equipment:   $25,000
  • Total equipment revised line-item proposal:  $381,430
• HVAC equipment replacement (Whitehall location):  $45,000
• Playground replacement (Shelby location):  $60,000
• Playground expansion (OV location):  $70,000
  • Total contractual - equipment revised line-item proposal:  $175,000
