The body will consider and discuss the item at that time.

MOVE to authorize Superintendent Outlaw to execute a contract with R & R Earthmovers, Inc. for the Fletcher Intermediate School Engineered Septic Project in substantially the form attached hereto, and to further authorize Superintendent Outlaw to propose and accept modifications to such form prior to execution in the interests of the Board and subject to legal review.
