Motion: I move the Board of Education meet in closed session pursuant to Section 8(h) of the Michigan Opens Meeting Act for discussion pertaining to the Emergency Operation Plans.

VIII.A. PA 152 Resolution (80/20 vs Hard Cap)
Motion: I move the Board of Education adopt the Resolution to Comply with PA 152 of 2011 as presented.

VIII.B.1. Kingscott Associates, Inc
Motion: I move to approve the AIA (B132) agreement with Kingscott Associates, Inc. as presented.

VIII.B.2. Clark Construction Company
Motion: I move to approve the AIA (C132) agreement with Clark Construction Company as presented.
 

VIII.C. 2025 Summer Tax Levy Resolution
Motion: I move the Board of Education adopt the resolution, as presented, to impose a 100% summer tax levy to collect all school property taxes.

Motion: I move the Board of Education adopt the Emergency Operation Plans, as presented.
